We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager located in North America or Canada to help us identify and close new client opportunities. This is a commission-based role to start, with strong potential to grow into a core revenue leader.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound channels including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and network referrals
  • Identify decision-makers in target industries and set up discovery calls with internal team support
  • Understand client pain points and pitch tailored AI solutions
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with our CEO and technical leads to prepare proposals and close deals
  • Attend virtual events, webinars, and North American networking opportunities to boost presence

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or software consulting
  • Based in the U.S. or Canada, with a solid understanding of the local SMB or mid-market landscape
  • Skilled at cold outreach, discovery, and relationship-building with business decision-makers
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation and excited by uncapped earning potential
  • Familiar with sales tools like Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar
  • Bonus: Experience selling custom software, digital transformation, or AI/ML services

Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation-Focused)

About the Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer with a strong foundation in manual testing and hands-on experience in automation using modern tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Jest. You'll play a key role in improving product quality by building reliable automated test suites while continuing to ensure thorough manual validation where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress / Playwright
  • Contribute to unit/integration testing using Jest in collaboration with developers
  • Perform manual exploratory and regression testing when required
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
  • Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved quickly
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
  • Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed
  • Participate in code reviews for test automation
  • Advocate for quality across the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright
  • Experience with Jest (unit/integration testing)
  • Solid understanding of web application testing
  • Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of test design techniques
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience testing AI-driven or data-heavy applications
  • Knowledge of performance or load testing tools
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
